Cancellation Request

Customers wishing to cancel their service must submit a request through our Cancellation Request Form.

Our regular bin cleaning service requires a minimum commitment of 12 cleans within the first 12 months of service.

Service Commitment

• Minimum commitment: 12 cleans
• Royal Service Plan Fee: £18.00 every 4 weeks

If a customer chooses to cancel their service before completing the minimum 12 cleans, an early termination fee will apply.

The early termination fee will be calculated as the remaining balance required to complete the 12-clean commitment, based on the standard monthly fee multiplied by the number of remaining months within the initial 12-month period.

Any outstanding balance on the customer's account must be settled within 14 days of the cancellation date to avoid additional charges.

Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, customers have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period after signing up, provided that the service has not yet been carried out.

If the service has already been completed during this period, the cooling-off period will no longer apply.

Once your cancellation request has been submitted, our team will review your account and confirm the outcome via email within 48 hours.

Pause Your Service
