Just click the Join Today & Give Your Bins The Royal Treatment button on our website and complete the short sign-up form. Once submitted, we will review your details and confirm your service schedule.

When Will My Service Start?

After submitting your sign-up form, you will receive a confirmation email or text within 24 hours confirming your service details and the date of your first scheduled clean.

What Day Will My Bin Clean Take Place?

We operate on a four-week service cycle, carefully planned around your local bin collection schedule.

Your bins are typically cleaned the day after they have been emptied, ensuring they are ready for a thorough clean without any waste remaining inside.

Because general waste and recycling collections often fall on different weeks, this means we will usually visit twice within each four-week cycle:

• Once after your general waste collection
• Once after your recycling or garden waste collection

Our cleaning services operate between 7:30am and 8:00pm.

How Do I Pay?

All payments are securely processed through GoCardless, providing a simple and convenient automatic payment system.

Payments are collected automatically after each clean has been completed, ensuring a seamless experience without the need to manually pay each time.

Why Should I Have My Bins Cleaned?

Your wheelie bin can quickly become a breeding ground for bacteria, unpleasant odours and pests.

Even when waste is bagged, liquids and residue often leak into the base of the bin over time.

Common items placed into household bins include:

• Food waste (raw and cooked)
• Pet waste
• Soiled nappies
• Used tissues and paper products
• Vacuum cleaner contents
• Takeaway containers and food packaging
• Damp newspapers and magazines
• Garden waste and grass cuttings

Over time these residues build up, creating an environment that encourages bacteria, flies, maggots and unpleasant smells.

Regular professional cleaning helps keep your bins sanitary, fresh and hygienic, reducing health risks and keeping the area around your home cleaner.

Do I Need To Be At Home?

No, you do not need to be home during your bin clean.

As long as your bins are clearly visible and easily accessible, our team will carry out the clean and leave them fresh and sanitised.

The only sign we were there will be sparkling clean bins with a fresh scent.

How Do You Clean My Bins?

We use professional bin cleaning equipment combining high-pressure water with specially formulated cleaning solutions.

Each bin is:

• Thoroughly washed inside and out
• Scrubbed where required
• Sanitised and deodorised

Our specialist cleaning vehicle is also designed to capture wastewater and debris during the process, ensuring no mess is left behind on your driveway or surrounding area.

How Often Should My Bins Be Cleaned?

We recommend our four-weekly cleaning service to keep your bins hygienic, odour-free and free from harmful bacteria.

Regular cleaning helps prevent the build-up of residue, reducing smells, pests and contamination.
