Understanding Our 4-Weekly Cleaning Rounds

To keep our service efficient and reliable for all customers, our 4-weekly bin cleaning schedule is divided into two separate rounds: RED and BLUE.

When you sign up for our service, your property will be assigned to either the RED Round or the BLUE Round. These colours simply represent the two rotating cleaning schedules we operate throughout the year.

Your allocated round will be clearly confirmed in your welcome email after submitting the sign-up form. This allows you to easily check the calendar and know exactly which weeks your bins will be cleaned.

Both rounds operate on the same 4-weekly cleaning cycle, ensuring your bins receive regular cleaning while allowing us to serve all areas efficiently.

Cleaning will take place either on your collection day or the following working day. This is dependant on our round allocation.

If your bins are emptied on a Friday, they will be cleaned either the same day (Friday) or on the next working day, which is Monday.
